Paving & road equipment
Pavers, mills and rollers present different loading problems. Screeds, conveyors, drums and narrow contact patches need their own measurements.
Measure before selecting
- Screed and conveyor stowed width
- Lowest frame / drum clearance
- Track or drum contact pattern
- Transport height including canopy
Loading approach
Long shallow ramps and paver-specific transitions may be needed. Obtain the trailer loading-angle and ramp documentation for the exact configuration.
Support & load concentration
A roller drum or milling machine track can concentrate load into a small section. Review flooring and crossmember support as well as total capacity.
Configuration traps
A paver-specific deck may have a different load concentration rating from a standard lowbed carrying the same model-family name.
Build a measured configuration brief →Build the load record
Keep the model reference, actual attachment configuration, measured transport envelope and support drawing together. A change to the machine or its loading position requires the affected comparisons to be updated.
Equipment links support research. Highway Match uses the measurements you enter and does not silently import a related model’s values.
