Motor graders
A grader’s wheelbase, central blade and low underbody make transition clearance as important as nominal deck length.
Measure before selecting
- Wheelbase and tandem contact positions
- Blade width and transport rotation
- Lowest central clearance
- Overall transported length
Loading approach
Evaluate the complete climb and breakover path. A machine can ground midway even when both ramp ends appear clear.
Support & load concentration
Record front axle and rear tandem reactions and leave access to securement points. Do not infer weight distribution from overall length.
Configuration traps
Blade angle can change width without changing tyre width. Check the intended locked transport position.
Build a measured configuration brief →Build the load record
Keep the model reference, actual attachment configuration, measured transport envelope and support drawing together. A change to the machine or its loading position requires the affected comparisons to be updated.
Equipment links support research. Highway Match uses the measurements you enter and does not silently import a related model’s values.
